Stop Kids or Staff going to non permitted Websites, use Content Advisor in your Internet Explorer Browser.

In Internet Explorer go to tools, click on Internet Options, click on Content and click on Enable, Click on general and then click on create password, now you can enable and disable content advisor with a password.
